The K77, a tall chimney pipe, is a unique shape that offers a satisfying slow burn. Crafted by the revived Ropp workshop in Saint-Claude, France, it retains the old character with original lathes and sanding forms. The bowl, rising high like a mill chimney, is narrow and cylindrical, keeping the ember stable. It’s ideal for Virginia blends or long-burning shag, especially in winter. The sandblast finish gives it a touch of age from the first smoke.

The horn stem, with its natural grain and colour shift, mellowes with use. Unlike acrylic, horn has a gentler feel and an organic look. It suits the pipe perfectly.

It has a clear draw straight through and is best suited for those who enjoy a longer bowl and know how to use a tamper. It’s perfect for slow days, quiet evenings, and strong tea.
