Las Villas Selección Box Pressed Robusto – Full Box of 20 Cigars
The Las Villas Selección Box Pressed Robusto is a handmade Nicaraguan cigar presented in a lacquered burgundy wooden box containing 20 cigars.
Developed by master blender Guillermo Peña, the Selección range is associated with the Las Villas cigar factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where cigar manufacturing and presentation form part of the company's production approach.
Each Robusto measures 127mm (5 inches) in length with a 52 ring gauge. Its box-pressed construction creates a squared profile with gently rounded edges, distinguishing it from the conventional cylindrical Robusto format.
The blend features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, together with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. It is classified as medium-to-full-bodied, with reported tasting characteristics including wood, earth, nuts and leather.
The Mexican San Andrés wrapper provides the cigar's rich brown appearance, while the Nicaraguan binder and filler form the foundation of the tobacco composition.
Presentation is a significant feature of the Selección range. Each cigar is finished with an ornate black, burgundy and gold band, a white sleeve carrying repeated red Las Villas signatures and a crimson ribbon around the foot.
The cigars are arranged in two rows within a natural wooden tray. The outer box has a glossy burgundy finish, with a decorative gold-framed Las Villas emblem inside the lid and the Robusto size designation printed on the front.
This full box of 20 Las Villas Selección Box Pressed Robustos offers a convenient format for customers already familiar with the blend or wishing to maintain a supply of medium-to-full-bodied Nicaraguan cigars.
Store in a regulated humidor at approximately 65–70% relative humidity to maintain the cigars' condition.
