The Dr Plumb Cortina Rustic is a traditional briar tobacco pipe featuring a deeply textured black finish, Bent Billiard profile and black fishtail mouthpiece.

Dr Plumb dates to 1925, when the marque was developed in association with GBD's French operation. Historically connected with the pipe-making centre of Saint-Claude, the brand became known for accessible briar pipes intended for regular smoking.

The Cortina Rustic has a generously proportioned Bent Billiard bowl leading into a gently curved shank and stem. Its rusticated surface creates a pronounced texture across the briar, while the black finish gives the pipe a darker and more understated appearance than the smooth Cortina Light and Dark versions.

Rustication also makes the finish particularly suitable for an everyday pipe, as its naturally irregular surface is less visually sensitive to the minor marks associated with regular handling.

A black fishtail mouthpiece completes the traditional design. The Cortina is fitted with a metal filter system, consistent with the construction used across established Dr Plumb filtered briar pipes.

The Cortina Rustic combines a classic shape, durable textured finish and straightforward construction in a practical pipe suited to regular use.
