The Kendal House is Gawith's take on the sorely missed Holland House. Produced from mild, air-cured, Golden Cavendish, mixed with a nutty Burley and Virginia that has been top dressed with an aromatic flavouring producing a fragrant and slow-burning smoke. This broken flake has an earthy molasses and chocolate hazelnut notes mixed with grass and citrus for a unique combination of flavours producing a cool and medium strength smoke. The pouch smell is reminiscent of chocolate limes boiled sweets.
