Savinelli Roma Rustic 601 – 6mm Briar Pipe

The Savinelli Roma Rustic 601 is an Italian-made briar pipe featuring a traditional bent Billiard shape, deeply rusticated finish and black acrylic stem.

Part of Savinelli's Roma collection, the pipe combines established briar pipe construction with decorative details inspired by Italian heritage.

The 601 shape features a substantial upright bowl, curved shank and gently bent stem. Its proportions create a flowing silhouette while retaining the familiar characteristics of a bent Billiard.

The briar bowl has a dark rusticated finish with subtle burgundy undertones visible across the carved surface. A smooth, polished reddish-brown rim contrasts with the deeply textured exterior.

A narrow brass-coloured accent ring separates the shank from the black acrylic stem, which features Savinelli's distinctive gold-coloured shield emblem.

This model is fitted for 6mm filters, allowing the use of compatible filter inserts.

Savinelli's origins date to 1876, when Achille Savinelli established a pipe and tobacco business in Milan. The company subsequently developed into an internationally recognised manufacturer of Italian briar pipes.

The Roma collection reflects the brand's Italian identity through traditional shapes, decorative finishes and contrasting materials.

The Savinelli Roma Rustic 601 6mm Briar Pipe combines a bent Billiard design, dark rusticated briar, polished rim and gold-coloured accents.

For maintenance, clean the stem and airway regularly, replace filters as required and allow the pipe to cool fully between uses.
