Savinelli Miele 601 Honey Infused 6mm Filtered Briar Pipe

The Savinelli Miele 601 is an Italian briar pipe combining Savinelli's classic Bent Billiard shape with the distinctive honey-inspired design and chamber treatment of the Miele series.

The 601 measures 132mm in overall length with a 46mm bowl height and 36mm outside bowl diameter. Its chamber measures 18mm across and 38mm deep, while the complete pipe weighs approximately 41g. These dimensions give the 601 a relatively compact and lightweight profile while retaining good tobacco capacity.

The briar has a smooth honey-coloured finish and is paired with a tapered yellow and amber acrylic mouthpiece. Savinelli designed the colouring and pattern of the stem around the Miele series' honey and beehive theme.

As part of Savinelli's Flavour line, the tobacco chamber is treated with nectar extract to provide a lightly honeyed character during the initial breaking-in period. This treatment is intended to make the early bowls sweeter and smoother as the pipe begins to season through use.

This version of the Miele 601 accepts 6mm filters, including Savinelli's 6mm balsa filters.

A specially designed wooden honey-dipper-style pipe companion accompanies the Miele, completing the series' distinctive presentation.
