The Crowned Heads Mil Días Topes is a premium handmade Nicaraguan cigar supplied in a full presentation box containing 21 cigars.
Part of the Mil Días collection, originally introduced in 2020, the Topes vitola was added to the range in 2023. The name Mil Días translates from Spanish as one thousand days, referencing the extensive development period undertaken before the original blend was released.
Each cigar measures 124mm (4⅞ inches) in length with a 56 ring gauge, providing a short, wide format with a substantial tobacco content.
The blend features an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper surrounding a Nicaraguan binder. Its long-filler composition combines selected tobaccos from Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Peru, creating a distinctive multi-origin blend.
The Mil Días Topes delivers a medium-to-full-strength flavour profile, characterised by creamy tobacco notes, toasted nuts, cedar and coffee. Earth, pepper and delicate floral characteristics provide additional complexity.
The cigars are manufactured at TacaNicsa in Estelí, Nicaragua, using traditional handmade long-filler construction.
Each Topes is finished with an ornate cream and gold Crowned Heads band featuring red detailing, a separate Mil Días identification band and a bright red protective ribbon around the foot.
The full box of 21 cigars is presented in a polished reddish-brown wooden box with gold Crowned Heads and Mil Días branding. The interior features a decorative gold emblem beneath the lid and an illustrated presentation strip across the cigars.
The wooden box offers an attractive presentation for collectors and customers purchasing the Mil Días Topes in quantity. Appropriate humidor storage is recommended to maintain the cigars' condition.
Combining an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, a distinctive selection of Central and South American filler tobaccos and a substantial 56-ring-gauge format, the Crowned Heads Mil Días Topes is a notable addition to the manufacturer's Nicaraguan cigar portfolio.
