We offer a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. If there is a problem please return the items to the address below, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details.

Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account - including any additional postage charges incurred).

Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks.

* Phone calls will be answered during shop opening times (0900am to 1700pm, Mon to Fri) and billed at the (UK) national rate.

Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving goods in which to cancel any order. Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged, at customer's expense, and a refund, minus original despatch costs, will be issued within 7 days of good's return.
