Age Restrictions
UK customers must be no younger than eighteen (18) years of age. Customers outside of the UK must conform to the age requirements of their home country with regard to the purchase of tobacco.

Complaints Procedure
We off er a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. If there is a problem please return the times to the address below, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details.

Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account - including any additional postage charges inclurred).

Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. The process normally takes no more than two weeks.

* Phone calls will be answered during shop opening times (0900am to 1700pm, Mon to Fri) and billed at the (UK) national rate.

Cancellation Rights
Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving goods in which to cancel any order. Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged, at customer's expense, and a refund, minus original despatch costs, will be issued within 7 days of goods return.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal statutory rights.

Privacy Policy
Personal details such as email address, postal codes and telephone numbers are held on our database to enable fulfilment of your order and, if you have given your consent, so we can alert you to any future offers available through the online store. These details are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with any other organisation unless required to by law.
