Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Minimum order value is £5 We accept credit card payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. WEEE Regulations: The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. UKtobacco.com is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new Watch from us we would accept their old Watch and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol: Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.

Shipping And Handling It is our aim to process all orders the day following receipt of the order. Orders will normally be shipped via Royal Mail within 5 Working days. Shipping charges within the UK will be £2.25 inclusive of VAT per order. For extra peace of mind we offer an insured shipping service, Royal Mail Insured at £6.99. PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOX ADDRESSES.

Delivery Schedule We hope to deliver your order right away. Orders for the UK should be recieved within 5 Working days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All orders for delivery within the UK, 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are protected in our secure server. They are not held in clear text on any web site or our computer. We currently use an online credit card payment system, Actinic Payments (our Payment Service Provider) so we do not see any credit card details.

Returns Policy We offer a full refund to all customers if goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. If there is a problem please return the items to the address below, stating the nature of the problem and quoting your order number and personal details. Upon receipt of the items we will contact you within three working days to arrange refund or exchange (all refunds will be re-credited to the purchasing credit / debit card account. Refunds will be credited back to your account upon receipt of the items. This process normally takes no more than two weeks. * Phone calls will be answered during shop opening times (0900am to 1700pm, Mon to Fri) and billed at the (UK) national rate. Cancellation Rights Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving goods in which to cancel any order. Goods must be returned unopened and undamaged, at customer's expense and a refund will be issued within 7 days of good's return. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your legal statutory rights.
